The UV LED Curing Oven is an advanced ultraviolet LED curing system designed for industrial PCB and SMT manufacturing processes. Equipped with high-performance LED UV light sources emitting wavelengths at 365nm, 385nm, 395nm, and 405nm, it delivers optimal curing energy for UV-sensitive adhesives, coatings, and inks with significantly lower energy consumption than traditional mercury lamp systems.
Featuring an intuitive PLC touch screen control system, operators can easily adjust parameters and monitor the curing process in real-time. The conveying speed is adjustable from 0.5 to 5.0M/min, allowing precise control over exposure time to match different material requirements.
