The Vertical Cooling Buffer Conveyor is designed for PCB buffering and rapid cooling during production flow. By combining vertical storage with forced cooling, it helps stabilize line rhythm while effectively reducing board temperature before downstream processes.
The system features a PLC control system with a 7-inch color touch screen for intuitive operation and real-time monitoring. It supports both first-in-first-out (FIFO) and last-in-first-out (LIFO) operating modes, providing flexible buffer management for different production requirements.
High-speed cooling fans are installed at both upper and lower sections, enabling fast and uniform cooling during buffering. The servo motor lifting system ensures precise vertical positioning, while the standard SMEMA communication interface allows seamless integration with other equipment.
