Our customer in India was producing PCB assemblies at increasing volumes and needed to upgrade their existing process to handle double-sided coating without adding a second standalone coating line. Their specific requirements were:

- First-side coating followed by UV curing, then automatic board flipping
- Second-side coating with UV inspection and second curing stage

Intelligent Automated Workflow In Detail
The efficiency of this system relies on the seamless integration of our core coating equipment with high-precision peripheral automation. Below is the step-by-step automated workflow of the double-sided coating line as installed.
The cycle begins with a Magazine Loader automatically feeding the boards onto the conveyor line.
Boards move through an Inspection Conveyor for pre-coating verification before entering the first Three-Axials Coating Machine for first-side coating.
After the first coating pass, boards enter the Печь УФ-отверждения to cure the first-side coating material.
The Шаттл-конвейер transfers the board to the start of the line.
A Флиппер для печатных плат automatically rotates the board 180° for second-side processing.
The board then passes through the second Покрытие and curing oven for the second side. A final inspection stage verifies coating quality before the completed board exits to a Magazine Unloader.
