Intelligent Automated Workflow In Detail
The efficiency of this system relies on the seamless integration of our core coating equipment with high-precision peripheral automation. Below is the step-by-step automated workflow of the double-sided coating line as installed.
The cycle begins with a Magazine Loader automatically feeding the boards onto the conveyor line.
Boards move through an Inspection Conveyor for pre-coating verification before entering the first Three-Axials Coating Machine for first-side coating.
After the first coating pass, boards enter the เตาอบอบแห้งด้วยรังสี UV to cure the first-side coating material.
The สายพานลำเลียงแบบชัตเทิล transfers the board to the start of the line.
A PCB Flipper automatically rotates the board 180° for second-side processing.
