The UV Curing Oven is an advanced ultraviolet curing system designed for industrial PCB and SMT manufacturing processes. Equipped with high-performance mercury lamps emitting wavelengths from 200-400nm with a main peak at 365nm, it delivers optimal curing energy for UV-sensitive adhesives, coatings, and inks.
Featuring an intuitive PLC touch screen control system, operators can easily adjust parameters and monitor the curing process in real-time. The conveying speed is adjustable from 0.5 to 3.5M/min, allowing precise control over exposure time to match different material requirements.
With a maximum PCB width capacity of 450mm and powerful 1500 cubic meters per hour exhaust system, the UV Curing Oven ensures uniform curing results while maintaining a clean working environment. The bi-directional transmission design offers flexible production line integration.
