Calibration can be done through the control panel. Navigate to Settings > Calibration, then follow the on-screen wizard. We recommend calibrating your machine monthly or after changing dispensing materials. For detailed instructions, refer to your product's user manual.
What is the warranty period for SANCO products?
All SANCO products come with a standard 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use. Extended warranty options are available. Contact our sales team at sales@sancofd.com for more information.
