Product Description

The Four-Axial Coating Machine is a high-performance surface coating system designed to meet complex and demanding coating requirements. With an additional rotational Axial, the system enables multi-directional and multi-angle spraying, effectively solving the problem of dead-corner coating on complex components.

This machine is especially suitable for coating irregular, high-density, and complex PCB assemblies. The four-Axial motion system allows the coating valve to rotate 360 degrees and tilt freely, ensuring complete coverage without blind spots.

With stable mechanical structure, precise motion control, and flexible valve configurations, the system delivers consistent coating quality, improved process flexibility, and high production efficiency.
