Featuring 8-12 independently controlled heating zones, the system enables precise thermal profiling for complex lead-free soldering processes. The dual-rail conveyor system driven by stepper motors with chain guards ensures smooth PCB transport with minimal vibration.

Advanced cooling technology with forced air and water cooling options reduces thermal loss and improves flux reclamation. The sealed oven chamber maintains levels as low as 150 ppm, optimizing the lead-free soldering environment while reducing consumption to 20-22m³/h.
